At your appointment, your service advisor will prearrange the most convenient time to call you with a completed estimate. They'll set you up to receive your educational updates during your car's repair service. Then, our shuttle service will take you where you need to go.
Your Car Repair
Your technician will conduct a Courtesy Check on your car to make sure everything is running smoothly. You will receive this report, along with the inspection report and updates on your car's progress, via text or email. At the prearranged time, your service advisor will call with your estimate, built from the results of your inspection and Courtesy Check.

Your Preventative Maintenance
Your service advisor will create a preventative maintenance schedule, tailored to your car's specific make, model, and Courtesy Check results. When you pick up your car, they'll reserve your next appointment, even if it's 6 months out. We'll remind you of upcoming appointments and services so your car keeps running smooth.
